Ms Jasmine Mui
Jasmine Mui is the visionary force behind Atomm and Atomm Group, bringing an impressive 35 years of industry experience to her role. As our lead Senior M&A Consultant and Head of PR, she offers unparalleled insight into every deal. Jasmine's journey began in the beauty business, where her brilliant entrepreneurial mind led her to successfully own and sell her own ventures, naturally drawing her into the world of M&A. A Singaporean native, she has since become a formidable and highly respected figure in the field.

Mr Goh Boon Chye
Mr. Goh Boon Chye is Atomm Group's esteemed Head of M&A and a true veteran of the financial world. After earning an accounting degree and an MBA in the Americas, he embarked on a distinguished career, serving as CFO for numerous mega-corporations. Post-retirement from his CFO roles, Mr. Goh ventured into financial consultancy, specifically focusing on M&A. A key player in China's booming economic era, he provided crucial financial guidance to many clients there. Now, as the founder and Managing Director of MG Asia Consultancy, he focuses his extensive expertise on Japanese and Singaporean M&A relations.

Keith Teo
Currently pursuing his studies at James Cook University, Singaporean Keith Teo is a valuable member of our team, serving as a Junior M&A Advisor. He also acts as our Marketing Advisor. Despite his young age of 20, Keith possesses a keen entrepreneurial talent, having successfully launched several businesses. He brings two years of hands-on, real-world M&A experience and previously honed his marketing skills at Leong Hup.

Jovonne Lim
Jovonne Lim serves as Executive Assistant and Marketing Intern at Atomm Group, where she supports senior leadership while contributing to the firm’s marketing and selected M&A initiatives.
Currently pursuing her Higher Nitec in Interactive Design at ITE College Central, Jovonne brings a strong foundation in digital design, UI/UX, and content development. Her background in creative production enables her to craft visually compelling materials that align with the firm’s brand and strategic objectives.
In her dual capacity, she plays a key role in executive support and coordination, while assisting in marketing execution and providing ad-hoc support across M&A activities. Jovonne’s adaptability, attention to detail, and growing business acumen position her as a valuable contributor to the team.

Michael Francesco
An IT graduate born in Indonesia, Michael Francesco is currently pursuing his MBA at James Cook University, Singapore, and is a valuable new addition to Atomm Group as a Junior M&A Advisor/Analyst. Michael's entrepreneurial spirit shines through his successful ventures, most notably an IT business in Indonesia specializing in website services and web development. He also played a key role in founding Woilo, an Indonesian social media platform, contributing to its marketing, business strategy, and development. He is rapidly gaining hands-on experience in the M&A field.
